Information in your request

The inquiry form asks for your name, work email, company or store name, public store URL, country, ecommerce platform, primary interest and a description of the problem. It also includes your privacy acknowledgment and a separate, optional product-update preference.

We use these details, with your consent, to understand the store, assess a possible pilot fit, reply to your inquiry and discuss an appropriate scope. Access to store systems or other data for a future pilot requires a separate agreement.

Do not include customer records, passwords, access tokens or payment information. Public storefront information is enough to start the conversation.

Sending your inquiry

When you select “Send inquiry,” the website sends your form entries to its Cloudflare-hosted endpoint. After validation and the security check, the endpoint sends an email to bonclay@nullstarlabs.com through Cloudflare Email Service. The email includes your consent preferences, the notice version, a submission time and a reference.

Cloudflare processes the request and email for hosting, security and delivery. Our receiving mailbox is hosted by Lark. These services may process information outside your country under their own infrastructure and terms. The form does not subscribe you to an automated mailing list.

“Use email instead” prepares a draft on this page. “Open email draft” passes it to your email application; you choose whether to send it. “Copy request” copies the prepared text when your browser permits it. Your email provider then handles its copy of the message.

Website security

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish normal submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical browser and network information for that check. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing practices.

The endpoint also limits request sizes, checks the website origin and rejects submissions that fill a hidden spam-detection field. When rate limiting is enabled, it uses a rotating, keyed hash of the network address. The application does not save raw IP addresses, security tokens or hidden-field values in a database, notification email or application log.

Email correspondence

The application does not keep a separate database of inquiries or save form entries in browser storage. Entries remain in the current page while you write; closing or reloading it can remove them. Submitted inquiries remain in the receiving mailbox as correspondence. Hosting, security and email providers may maintain technical records under their own policies.

A fixed correspondence retention period has not been established. Contact us to ask about information in your inquiry, withdraw consent or request deletion. We may need to confirm ownership of the email address before providing or removing records. Your own email provider may retain its copy under its own settings and terms.

Analytics and cookies

Analytics, advertising pixels and marketing tracking are disabled on this site. The inquiry form does not set marketing cookies or save your entries in local or session storage.

Turnstile and the website host process technical requests for security and normal operation.

Optional product updates

The updates checkbox starts unchecked and is separate from consent to respond to your inquiry. If selected, that preference is included in the inquiry email. No automated newsletter signup is performed.

You can send a pilot inquiry without opting in. You can withdraw the update preference at any time by emailing us.

Ask about your information

For questions about this notice, access to information in your inquiry or a deletion request, contact bonclay@nullstarlabs.com. Include enough context to identify the correspondence without sending sensitive data.
